All you need is to chalk out a diet. You have to plan your meals effectively. Your daily meals must have a combination of freshly cooked vegetables, fruit juices, and plant seeds. A perfect combination of all these can cleanse your digestive system, great for detoxification, maintaining a healthy weight, and building immunity.

Foods to avoid
On the go foods: Your busy schedule can put you in a situation that results in eating off processed food, tins cans, and fast-food joints. These food items are very unhealthy and
cause severe illnesses. The ready-made food items are high in sodium (salt), trans fat, and sugar. Consumption of these regularly can lead to organ damage and system failures.

Packaged meals are often high in preservatives which damage the liver and kidneys. Do not fall under the trap of labels that read – low sugar, no preservatives, and low sodium because no such term exists. All off-the-shelf processed meals are dangerous and pose a threat to your wellness.
