Tribute To Our Departed Writer – DV Srikanth
We lost someone special – one of our own, a writer whose work didn’t just fill pages, but educated people on Sanatana Hindu Dharma. His articles on dharma, Sanatana scriptures, Vedic dharma, dharmik virtue, Samanya Dharma, and 64 Kala were more than content; they were guiding lights. He wrote with the sincerity of someone who lived what he believed, and that’s why his words made an impact.
On Living Smartly, his posts became the backbone of our most meaningful articles on Sanatana Hindu Dharma. Through every line, he reminded us of the timeless path: to act with integrity, to stay rooted in values, and to build a life that honors something bigger than ourselves.
Even though he’s no longer with us, his voice continues to shape the way we think, grow, and choose to live. That’s a real legacy. That’s impact.

We honor him with gratitude, respect, and a promise:
His work will continue to guide our readers on Hindu philosophy and concepts, and his contribution will never be forgotten.
Om Shanti, May his words keep inspiring the world just as he intended.

Tribute by our Chief Editor
D V Srikanth was associated with Living-Smartly.com for 6+ years and has written hundreds of articles on this website. Srikanth worked as a remote freelance writer, and we never met in person after his association as freelancer. Sadly on the day of his death, came to know we were from same school. This made his demise, extremely personal and took quite sometime to digest.
Regarding his work. His best work was in the area of spirituality. Below are sections he created for our living-smartly.com website:
- https://living-smartly.com/virtues-promoted-by-dharma/ (his last few articles)
In the first bullet point, read the articles on the Vedas to get the idea of the insightful work he helped create. His soul will find a higher place in heaven for the work he did.
Some people don’t make millions or leave heavy bank balances. But their contributions make a big difference. Due to his efforts, today the site ranks well for samanya dharma, dharma in English (the top Hindu site to rank for that keyword).
We will miss his expertise, his gentleness, and his commitment to write consistently, especially on spirituality, wisdom, virtues, and common sense.
Om Shanti, Sadgati Praptirastu DV Srikanth !!
We seek your blessings from high above in continuing our journey to make Vaidik dharma accessible to the common man.
The team at Living-Smartly.com misses you, Srikanth!
Sincerely,
Chairman – Sri Sudharshana Cultural Trust

Tribute to DV Srikanth,
It is with a heavy heart that I remember my dear friend DV Srikanth, whose untimely passing last month has left an irreplaceable void in my life.
Srikanth was a man of profound intellect and depth. His writing on Sanatana Dharma reflected not just knowledge, but clarity of thought and deep respect for tradition. At the same time, his exceptional report writing skills showcased his sharp analytical mind and professional excellence.
Though there was a gap of ten years between us, our bond was beyond age. We connected deeply, shared our views openly, and discussed life, ideas, and values with complete honesty. He was not just a friend, he was a guide, a thinker, and a trusted confidant.
I consider myself blessed to have shared such a close friendship with him. May his soul attain Sadgati.
